These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are written to constitute a binding agreement that guides your use of the websites of Ittihad International Investment LLC (together with its affiliated websites “Ittihad”, “Group”, “us”, “we” or “our”) including (ittihadinvestment.ae, jobs.ittihadinvestment.ae and any sites that are automatically redirected to them, collectively, the “Sites”). Please read these terms of use carefully before using our website.
By visiting the Sites, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms of Use and you agree to be bound by them without restriction or limitations. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Sites. Our Privacy Policy constitutes part of these Terms and is hereby included by reference. Ittihad reserves the right, at our discretion, to change these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will become effective at the time of posting, and any use of the Sites after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, do not continue to use the Sites. We suggest that you review these Terms periodically for changes.
Ittihad will not consider visitors of the Sites as its clients or partners by accessing the Sites. Nothing included in these Terms is intended to modify any other written contract you may have with Ittihad. In the circumstance of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other written contracts with Ittihad, the terms of the other written contracts shall control. Additional terms and conditions may be applicable to password-restricted areas of the Sites and will be agreed by you upon registration.
No information included in the Sites constitutes investment, legal or business process advice. Neither the information, nor any opinion included in the Sites institutes a solicitation or offer by Ittihad. You are responsible for assessing the information provided on the Sites and any decision supported on such information. As a condition of visiting the Sites and to the extent permitted by law, you agree to hold Ittihad and its Officers, Directors, Managers, Partners, Members, Shareholders, Employees, Affiliates and Agents harmless from and against any claims and of any nature for damages or loss arising from decisions that you took based on such information.
All information and materials included on the Sites are disclosed “as is” and on an “as available” basis without guarantees of any kind. Ittihad makes no guarantees that the Sites will be uninterrupted, reliable, error-free, virus-free, malware-free, current, accurate or complete, or will meet your requirements or expectations. You acknowledge that interruptions of the Sites may happen, and we have no direct control on any other networks in relation to our offerings or any delays or disruptions of network transmissions. Ittihad is not liable for any typographical errors or omissions. To the extent permitted by law, Ittihad and its companies disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement and fitness for any particular purpose.
By visiting the Sites, you agree to have been granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, personal access to use the Sites for your information purposes only. This access is subject to your compliance with these applicable Terms, the Privacy Policy and all other posted terms and conditions on the Sites.
You agree not reproduce, publicly display or distribute any information contained on the Sites except as otherwise expressly authorized on the Sites, or copy, change or make any works of the Sites or information available on the Sites, in whole or in part. Unless otherwise expressly authorized, all information, including, without restrictions, images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written materials, that are part of the Sites are copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade names and/or other intellectual property owned, controlled or licensed by Ittihad or it’s companies.
You agree that no information from the Sites may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, transmitted or distributed in any way, however, that you may download, where specifically permitted, one copy of the materials on any single computer for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided you keep intact and properly display all copyright and other proprietary notices. You agree not distribute, change, send, reuse, or use the content of the Sites, including, without restrictions, any text, images, audio and video, for public or commercial purposes without our written permission.
Modification or use of the information or materials for any other purpose may violate the copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights of Ittihad and/or its companies.
You agree not to: (a) Take action that damages, interrupts or overloads any of the Sites’; such as “flooding,” “spamming,” “mailbombing” any of the Sites infrastructure. (b) Operate any device or application that interfered with the Sites’ operations, quality or appearance. (c) Data collect or try to use any application, device or tool (such as, browsers, spiders, robots, avatars or intelligent agents) to harvest, extract or collect information from the Sites. (d) Use the Sites to violate anyone’s rights or applicable laws or regulations or do anything malicious, misleading, defamatory, libelous, abusive, fraudulent, deceptive or discriminatory. (e) Support violations of these Terms, the Privacy Policy or applicable laws or regulations. (f) Use metatags or hidden text with the name “Ittihad” or any of our trademarks in a page source code without prior approval of Ittihad. (h) Violate the security of any of the Sites (including without limitation, accessing user accounts, servers or data without authorization, probing or testing the vulnerability of any of the Sites’ authentication measures, security or system infrastructure without proper authorization, or otherwise interfere with service to any user, host or network).
A violation of any part of these Terms, your access to use the Sites automatically terminates and you must destroy any copies of such content in your possession or control.
Ittihad nor its affiliates are liable for the information available on the Sites being suitable for use in other locations or that the access to them is not illegal and prohibited. All visitors accessing the Sites from other locations do so on their own initiative and are fully responsible to meet the legality, usability and correctness of any information under any jurisdictions and the compliance of that information with local laws, if and to the full extent applicable by laws.
Our website requests a username and password to access certain pages. If you have a user name, then you are solely responsible for all activities in relation to your login credentials, and acknowledge that you have provided complete and correct information as required by the Sites’ registration forms while maintaining the accuracy of the information by updating your registration data with any changes. Moreover, you should take the necessary actions to protect the confidentiality of your login credentials. Should you come aware of any disclosure, loss, theft or unauthorized use of your login credentials you should notify us immediately. Ittihad nor its affiliates is liable for any liability, damages, loss or expenses arising in any manner from the use of your login credentials.
We do not monitor or review third party websites linked from or to the Sites and neither we hold responsibility for the information found on those linked websites. Should you access those linked websites, you do so at your sole risk. Links to and from other websites are linked for the ease and convenience of our Site’s visitors and the enclosure of these links does not imply an endorsement, representation or guarantee by Ittihad or its affiliates with respect to any such linked websites or the content, products or services included or accessible through, or the operators of such websites.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, as applicable, the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. You agree that any dispute or action at law or in equity arising out of or in relation to these terms or your use of the Site shall be commenced through Abu Dhabi civil courts and might be handled by criminal courts and law enforcement officials.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and other disclosed policies on the Sites, represent the entire agreement between Ittihad International Investment LLC, and you. No course of conduct or trade practice will be deemed to modify these Terms in any respect.
