4. Interview with Us
Our interview process is unique in that during the course you will meet a cross-section of professionals with whom you may work in the future. Once your application is selected, you will participate in an initial interview, after which your recruiter will contact you regarding the next steps. Interviews formats may vary according to the requirements, and may be conducted virtually or in-person at our offices. In addition, you may be asked to take a brief test, depending on the role for which you apply. The test may be conducted either in person or online and will typically focus on different aspects of your knowledge or abilities, such as technical or coding skills, or problem-solving skills.
An example of this type of test – typically for some supporting roles – is our Problem-Solving Test, a multiple-choice test that will demonstrate your analytical skills and is used as a complement to our problem-solving interviews. You will receive more detailed information from your recruiter if the assessment process for your role requires a test.
